How do foods change our BODY on cellular and spiritual level? The microcosmic universe of Human cells

We as human beings are both microcosm and also fractal image of macro cosmic universe. All that is done by us is later done to us as a reactive consequence in certain way. You see the cells are continually dancing and living their “life” yet even though we think cells are not significant we are essentially bricked by a vast pool of cells. Each cell represents all other cells and even though they keep recycling and replacing they are essentially communicating among themselves and when we load our body with unfriendly chemicals, bacteria in different forms they are affected quite subtely. I mean we can not fathom the vast changes we bring about in them but ignoring them is not like ignoring e.g. an ant hill outside the home because at end we are the CELL of our macrocosm. Science proves that each one cell has its own complete existence. I have noticed and done many years testing among people who eat healthy fruit vegetable; veg macrobiotic or Satvik [Sativus] diet than those living on Tamasik or animal meats and dead parts; I see extremely significant differences in their behavior, their thinking, their smells, their emotional reactions and inherent peace or violence level. Numerous studies have proved how our negative thinking patterns and wrong dead foods invite the cells to linger on, drag and perhaps lose their energizing processes or natural functionality and making us sick in different forms.

Spirit on the other hand has also a world of invisible “cells” of energy that hover around the energy nodes of human body around key ducts or nodes also known as Chakras that are driven by our emotions, thinking and also by the foods we ingest. Hindu spiritual literary works and my spiritual master’s past lives research clearly mention that Soul recalls all human experiences and it does carry our memories via the indestructible energy “molecules” we carry with us. One can detect and find the sluggish chakras and after changing their pattern of thought and food they can be-reactivated and mitigated their sick parts.

What scientific labs are proving now, ancient Indian sages thousands years ago discovered all about the the fractal nature of cells and their life, gene and genetic makeup of physical entities. They also talked of metamorphosis. They proved that cells keep dissolving but not completely disappearing. They keep their existence in some other dimension. Ancient Indian sages also suggested that the organic components in form of cells arrived on Earth from the outer space or extra terrestrial origins. There are innumerable references to Lokas or dimensions where life originates.

Basic common information on Cells :
The cell, from Latin cella, meaning a tiny room or quarter is the basic structural, functional, and biological unit of all known living organisms. A cell is the smallest unit of life that can replicate independently, and cells are often called the “building blocks of life”. The study of cells is called cell biology. Two-thirds of a cell is water, which means that two-thirds of your whole body is water. The rest is a mixture of molecules, mainly proteins, lipids and carbohydrates. Your cells turn the raw materials in the food you eat into the molecules your body needs, using thousands of different chemical reactions. The human body is composed of trillions of cells. They provide structure for the body, take in nutrients from food, convert those nutrients into energy, and carry out specialized functions. Cells also contain the body’s hereditary material and can make copies of themselves.
Most plant and animal cells are visible only under a microscope, with dimensions between 1 and 100 micrometers
Unicellular organisms can move in order to find food or escape predators. Common mechanisms of motion include flagella and cilia. In multi cellular organisms, cells can move during processes such as wound healing, the immune response and cancer metastasis. For example, in wound healing in animals, white blood cells move to the wound site to kill the microorganisms that cause infection!

These are my personal views based on my experience and studies and it is not a scientific paper or anything. Each of these images are by dedicated scientists done in labs.
